Newly listed, Huckleberry Hill, sits on 15 acres, has a private driveway, two walking trails, an old sawmill converted into a game room, PLENTY of parking, and is centrally located to all that Sevier County/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Smoky Mtns has to offer. If you want to relax, you can enjoy an oversized 12′ wide porch with a swing, some rockers, and a top-of-the-line hot tub.

Cancellation & Damage Policy
- 100% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
